Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 12:00 noon. Departures after 12:00 noon may be charged a late check-out fee of half of their room rate. After 3pm, a fee of an additional one (1) full night’s room and tax at the day’s best available rate will be applied. Early check-in is based on availability. Early departure fees will apply and will be charged (1) full night’s room and tax.
Room Occupancy Guidelines
King bedrooms can accommodate 2 persons, while our Queen bedrooms have two queen beds and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Our Suites may accommodate 4-6 persons. Suites contain 1 King or 2 Queen beds and a connecting parlor.
Infant Pack-N-Play’s are complimentary and are based on availability. Please contact the Front Desk to request a Pack-N-Play. Roll-aways are based on availability and will be charged an additional fee of $25 per night.
A deposit of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in to guarantee all reservations. Matching Credit/Debit card and ID will be required upon check-in. Credit cards and Debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the remaining amount of your stay and any potential incidental charges. Additional Credit card/Debit card authorizations may be processed based on hotel charges. An authorization hold will be placed on the credit card provided for the entire length of stay, and will be charged upon departure. Damages that occur in the hotel room, or to the property of the hotel, will be the guest’s responsibility and charged to the credit card on file.
Guest’s using a debit card to complete their reservations are asked to contact the Front Office for more details concerning card processing.

We are a smoke-free, and vapor-free, hotel; including guest rooms, patios, balconies, dining and public spaces. To cover costs hotel would incur if policy is not followed, a $450 deep clean and recovery fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
We like to offer comfortable rooms to guest’s throughout the hotel. To ensure all guests receive the same experience, we ask guest’s to be respectful of their temporary neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Our Sound Curfew is between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am. Please be advised that if a guest is in violation of this curfew, actions may be taken including additional fees and/or relocation.
Children under the age of 16 cannot be left unattended in the pool area and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Glass products are not allowed in the pool area. Pool hours must be obeyed.
The Murieta Inn and Spa parking lot is reserved for The Murieta Inn and Spa guests only. Guests traveling with additional recreational vehicles are asked to contact the Front Office to aid with parking. Please remove all items of value from the vehicle when parking in the hotel lot. The Murieta Inn and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items in vehicles.
We are able to accommodate your canine pets as guests into the hotel. For a complete copy of the Dog Policy, please contact the Front Office. Here are the highlights of our Dog Policy:
We allow a maximum of two (2) dogs per guest room at no more than 40 lbs each.
There is a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee per stay.
Courtesy bags for walking your dog are available at outside dog stations.
All dogs are required to be in a crate while in the room.
No dogs are allowed to be in your guest room unattended.
No dogs are allowed to be in the common areas, including the pool area, fitness center, park, spa or salon. The Gate does not allow dogs inside the dining room, but dogs are allowed to be on the patio. Dogs are not allowed on furniture inside the room, as well as all other hotel property.
There is a designated “canine relief” area for your dogs to utilize. Dogs are not allowed to relieve themselves on the patios or balconies. Please pick-up after your pet.
If you would like to have your dog join you, please let us know when making your reservation so that we can confirm the policy of the hotel and to guarantee availability of a canine-accommodating room. Upon check-in, you’ll need to sign a Dog Policy Agreement.
Guest Room Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we require a minimum of a 72-hour notice prior to arrival. One (1) night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file if the reservation is modified or canceled within the 72-hours.
